REALM PDX (“REALM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses the Realm Ads Automation application to create, manage, and review advertising campaigns for REALM on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Information the application accesses
The application may access information made available through Meta’s Marketing API for business assets that REALM has expressly authorized. This may include identifiers for our Meta business portfolio, advertising account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, campaigns, ad sets, ads, custom audiences, creative media, and advertising performance metrics. The application does not request access to personal Facebook passwords, private messages, payment-card details, or unrelated personal account content.
How we use information
- Create and manage REALM advertising campaigns.
- Upload approved advertising media and copy.
- Select authorized audiences, placements, budgets, schedules, and optimization settings.
- Review campaign delivery and performance.
- Diagnose technical or permission issues affecting REALM advertising.
We do not sell information accessed through the application. We do not use it for unrelated purposes or share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate REALM’s website, advertising, and business systems, or when required by law.
Security and retention
Access credentials are restricted to authorized REALM business systems and personnel. We retain advertising data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and document REALM campaigns. Information held by Meta remains subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may contact REALM with privacy questions or requests concerning information handled by this application through our contact page. Please identify your request as relating to “Realm Ads Automation.” We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our advertising tools, practices, or legal obligations change. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.
